The experience here was disappointing overall, but we did enjoy the easy access to nearby dining and a surprisingly comfortable bed despite the overall lack of cleanliness.

Great location but could use some upgrades

I had a pleasant stay in a spacious Junior King Suite. The hotel is ideally located, making it easy to access nearby attractions. However, the room did show signs of wear and could use some updates for a fresher feel.

So, I had to go through hell getting my key card activated just to access a room that smelled like a cheap motel. It was like a scene from a horror movie, families arguing while I was just trying to get my luggage to the room.

It wasn’t cheap, but nothing about this place felt worth the price.

The hotel was close to numerous eateries and just a short walk to frost park, which was perfect for my weekend strolls and quick nature breaks during my stay, i appreciated having great dining options like taco bell and first watch nearby for quick meals after exploring the city. however, the furniture in the room could use some updates, but overall it was an enjoyable experience for a single traveler.

during my stay, I loved how close we were to outdoor spots like Tigertail Lake Recreational Center, which was just about 1.5 km away, and plenty of fast food options were within a short walk, making it easy to grab a quick bite before heading out for more exploration.
