Great location but could use some upgrades

I had a pleasant stay in a spacious Junior King Suite. The hotel is ideally located, making it easy to access nearby attractions. However, the room did show signs of wear and could use some updates for a fresher feel.

during my stay, I loved how close we were to outdoor spots like Tigertail Lake Recreational Center, which was just about 1.5 km away, and plenty of fast food options were within a short walk, making it easy to grab a quick bite before heading out for more exploration.

So, I had to go through hell getting my key card activated just to access a room that smelled like a cheap motel. It was like a scene from a horror movie, families arguing while I was just trying to get my luggage to the room.

It wasn’t cheap, but nothing about this place felt worth the price.
